I am impressed with the quality of the design. The company says it’s heavy-duty, and they’re actually right. It isn’t at all flimsy and doesn’t feel like it will bend. It’s not too heavy but still heavy enough for serious work at my desk without me worrying about it skidding around or wobbling while accessing items.I opted for the white color. (I’m a minimalist at heart.) The finish is quite good - a high-quality matte metal finish that looks great against the cork base. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised with the look and the design. There’s just something about the soft edges and angled front and the feel of it all. It’s a very streamlined and approachable design that adds to the look of my desk.The design is also really useful. The angled front makes it easy to access any items. The three vertical slots in the front make accessing pens easy. The large cutout just above fits larger pens like a highlighter or works as a base for my smartwatch. I can even use it to store a phone tripod for quick access before Zoom meetings.When using it with my phone or iPad Mini, I can turn on the device and swipe up for navigation by placing it in the furthest back cutout on the rear left. I can also lean it further back by moving the device up against the vertical metal tabs directly in front of it with finger access between the tabs.It holds all my desk items cleanly, and when the day is over, everything is organized and easily accessible the next day.It came in perfect condition in a sturdy box and even had a friendly note with it.
